  Terrible service lied to me about the delivery being made by TNT on certain dates looked through cctv no TNT vans have been here and then they said they were going to transfer the money instantly and it has not been put back in and I haven't received the machine. I see this as theft and I will be taking this up with my solicitor and you will be taken to court about this situation. I suggest you get the money back into my account or I will have no option but to contact the police.

  I Just spoke to a woman called Abby on Sat 18th Nov about 11am, I asked some questions about a generator and prices etc. Her response was priceless and not in a good way . I've worked in customer service for over 30 years NEVER had anyone be so extremely rude. Her words to me was in a conversation was " what's so complicated about that" then because I said the tone and what she said was rude. She started to say that I was being rude... priceless. I asked for her supervisor she said it was Saturday. I said the I hope this conversation is taped she started to get louder and ruder. I then told her was she not going to take my name, and as I was telling and spelling my name, Abby then put the phone down on me. All this because I was asking about a generator and prices that I thought she would have. She said her sup name was Emma. Emma I will be contacting you or the Manager on Monday. Before that please listen to the tape that I hope was done on this call. Regards. I have put a star because I wont be able to post this but Abby doesn't warrant one im afraid.
